Clé de Peau Beauté Livestream Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:30 PM ET on December 10, 2025 and ends at 2:30 PM ET on December 10, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

SPONSOR The Sweepstakes is sponsored by the Clé de Peau Beauté division of Shiseido Americas Corporation, 390 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10017 (“Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date and time of entry. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Employees of Shiseido Americas Corporation, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings and spouses of children or siblings) and household members are not eligible. Failure to comply with all rules and regulations associated with the Sweepstakes could result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes for any reason.

HOW TO ENTER During the Sweepstakes Period, complete and submit the digital entry form at the following link [https://www.cledepeaubeaute.com/new/livestreams/giveaway/] to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Entry”). No purchase is necessary to enter. Limit: one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes period. One (1) winner will receive a Clé de Peau Beauté Dreams Express Holiday Collection Luminizing Face Enhancer product as listed in the “Prize” section below. Entrant acknowledges and agrees that such decisions of Sponsor are final and binding. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant consents and agrees to Sponsor’s collection and use of the entrant’s information for the administration of this Sweepstakes and agrees to Sponsor’s use of entrant’s information for the purpose of contacting entrant in relation to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor may send promotional communications to entrant’s email address after entry. ENTRY PERIOD 12:30 PM ET on December 10, 2025 and ends at 2:30 PM ET on December 10, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Anticipated Winners Selection: All winners will be notified on or before January 10, 2026 5:00 PM ET.

PRIZE One (1) winner will each receive: One (1) Clé de Peau Beauté Dreams Express Holiday Collcetion Luminizing Face Enhancer. Estimated approximate retail value: $98 USD.

Each prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. No substitution, exchange or transfer of a prize by winner. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Any and all fees and costs and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and expenses related to acceptance and use of the prize not specifically stated herein, are solely the responsibility of the individual winner. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Winner agrees that any prizes are personal to that applicable winner, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about January 10, 2026. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes depend on the total number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email from Sponsor and asked to provide their mailing address for prize distribution. The potential winners must then contact Sponsor within 48 hours of attempted notification or the prize will be forfeited. Potential winners may be required to demonstrate control of their email account. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address of entrants. In the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules, or if a prize notification or prize is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”).

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Sponsor will not be responsible or liable for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including without limitation, electronic malfunction of any network, hardware or software. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation of any Sweepstakes, the prize will be awarded in a random drawing from eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

GENERAL RELEASE By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, participating partners, advertising or promotions agencies, Bambuser, and the respective employees, officers, agents, directors of each of the above, from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injury or death, damage to, loss or destruction of property or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light). Each entrant waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and agrees that all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforce ability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in New York, NY for the resolution of any and all disputes arising out of entrants participation in the Sweepstakes.

WINNER PUBLICITY Sponsor through its Clé de Peau Beauté brand may wish to publish the first name, first letter of last name, likeness and location (city/state) of the Winners, and any quotation that the Winners are willing to provide on the website or for public relations use in other media, and by accepting a prize, the Winners expressly authorize Clé de Peau Beauté to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display his or her names, likeness and location in connection with the promotion of this or any other Sweepstakes, or in connection with the promotion of Clé de Peau Beauté, except where such requirement is prohibited by law.
